What are your delivery timelines?
Orders are dispatched every morning. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days across India.
We ship through Shiprocket's network of courier partners. In the event of an unexpected delay, our team will proactively communicate updates on your shipment status
Can I choose Express Delivery with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Express Delivery is available only for prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional ₹100 COD handling fee and are shipped via our standard delivery service. By choosing prepaid, you receive a 3% discount on your order total and gain the option to select Express Delivery at checkout for faster dispatch and delivery.
How long does the fragrance last?
Our fragrances are crafted in Pure Parfum concentration (21%) using performance-grade fragrance oils.
Longevity varies by skin chemistry, weather, and application, but most customers experience 7–10 hours of wear.
What is Pure Parfum concentration?
Pure Parfum contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils than most commercial perfumes, resulting in greater longevity, and a more refined scent evolution.
At Ōkami, we source fragrance materials from around the world and use automated dispensing systems to maintain consistent quality across every batch, month after month, year after year.
Do you offer COD and prepaid payment?
Yes, we offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options. For orders above ₹4,500, we recommend choosing prepaid payment to minimize the risk of pilferage during transit.
Please note that orders refused at the doorstep or returned due to failed delivery attempts may incur a ₹300 charge, covering forward freight and return-to-origin (RTO) shipping costs.
What is your returns and damage policy?
Due to the personal nature of fragrance, opened products cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Record a video while opening the package.
- Contact us within 16 hours of delivery.
- Share the unboxing video with our team.
Approved claims may be refunded after a ₹300 processing deduction, which covers freight and return shipping charges.
